Competence:

1. The Deputy Starost executes tasks and competences within the scope defined by the Starost. The Deputy Starost takes over competences and tasks of the Starost in time of his absence or impossibility of fulfiling his duties.
2. The Deputy Starost coordinates and supervises work of organizational units of the District Starosty according to the Regulations of the District.
3. The Deputy Starost coordinates and supervises operations of the District's organizational units within the scope of education and social aid.
4. The Deputy Starost takes charge before Starost for realization of tasks appointed hereby in the Regulations.
